Chain Driven Wire Belts consists of alternating right and left hand spirals of flat wire joined by a crimped connector and on both sides a chain. This is a widely used metal chainbelt, thanks to its characteristics of true travel, good flexibility, excellent strength-to-weight ratio, flat surface, and minimum maintenance.
Features of the chain edge belts :
- Straight running of the chainbelt
- Positive drive without creeping, driven by sprockets.
- Smooth surface of the belt, which enables transportation of goods with small contact surface
- Large open area enables washing or drying of products on the chainmeshbelt
- Long lifetime of these chain conveyorbelts
- It is not suitable for transportation of products, which leave residues on the chainbelt
